Meditation In Nature

Studio Senses was born from a belief: that wellness should be accessible, adaptable, and deeply personal. We’re a collective of teachers, therapists, and creatives who believe in the power of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection to yourself.

Whether you're joining from your living room or a mountain retreat, we’re here to support your journey—every breath, stretch, and step of the way.

Starting with a consultation that will allow to assess your needs is the first step towards your best self.

Followed by a personalised plan that includes recommendations for meditation practices, affirmations, creative expression, goal setting, wellness rituals and activities, and - lastly - nutritious choices.

 

The plan is carefully prepared by mindful movement therapists, cognitive therapy specialists, art therapists and nutrition practitioners to give you the peace of mind that you are in the best place for your future self.
